Scheme for Approved Industrial Park (SAIP) BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT Department of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises and Textiles, Government of West Bengal launched the Scheme for Approved Industrial Park (SAIP) with the objective to encourage private sector to set up industrial park at own land and offer micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) to set up units.
