Department of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises and Textiles, Government of West Bengal launched the Scheme for Approved Industrial Park (SAIP) with the objective to encourage private sector to set up industrial park at own land and offer micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) to set up units. The Scheme aims to catalyze growth of MSMEs through creation of new industrial park with basic common infrastructural facilities with state assistance in the form of fiscal and non-fiscal incentives.
