ALL EXISTING 12AA registered organization need RE-registration under sec 12BA w.e.f 1st April 2021 within 3 months. 3 Registration of trust and NGO with MCA for CSR Activities Every entity, who intends to undertake any CSR activity, shall register itself with the Central Government by filing the form CSR-1 electronically with the Registrar, with effect from the 01st day of April 2021 4 ITR forms for AY 21-22 released CBDT notifies all ITR Forms 1 to 7 for AY 2021-22 vide Notification no. 21/2021 in G.S.R 242(E) dated 31/03/2021.
